AEFF has a fulltime production crew on the ground in Africa all year round, working closely with a small but efficient administration and planning team.

The success of AEFF's people on the ground in Africa would not be possible without the support of AEFF's Board of Directors in the USA and Board of Trustees in the UK, in addition to its international Advisory Board whose knowledge and expertise can be drawn upon whenever needed.

The AEFF Audience is also part of the team - for they are the recipients of the AEFF message, and indeed they form an integral part of the planning process, when deciding which projects AEFF embarks on next. Using their feedback, AEFF is able to assess which issues need to be documented, and which formats are best suited to getting the message across.

Last, but not least, AEFF is a non profit organization, reliant exclusively on the goodwill and partnership of its Sponsors and Supporters. Without them, there would be no films at all.
